If you are needing support for a small or rural school, and you do not need regular visits then our per hour option is fantastic! We offer affordable hourly rates, you can use us only when needed and there is no obligation!
If you decide to enter into a service agreement with us, you become a priority customer. Our customers with service agreements have guaranteed service response times so downtime can be minimised. We offer you set onsite visits per week (depending on your school’s needs), and unlimited email and phone call support all for one low monthly fee. This service also includes all holiday and weekend work when required.
If your school already has an onsite orange card holder but you need extra support, advice or training for the bigger jobs, Charanda Systems can help you. Our experienced technicians can provide assistance to your schools orange card holder via email or phone. Orange card consulting can be a ‘one off’ arrangement or an ongoing service agreement, depending on your needs.
